As quote signs were used gender, age, education, ethnicity, size of community and region of residence. Number of cases: 3980 Abstract: Survey Society 2004 was conducted in 2004 in the frame of State Assignement of Science and Research No 2003 SP 51/028 06 00/028 06 02 "Regional Differentiation, Regional Developemnet in Slovak Republic in Context of Integration Consequences", conducted by Institute of Sociology of SAS (coordinator Ľubomír Falťan). The survey was prepared by team coordinated by Monika Čambáliková. First part of survey is devoted to attitudes and opinions: satisfaction with personal life and life in Slovakia, trust to institution, voluntary activities of respondents, opinion on poverty. The second part of survey is devoted to demographics characteristics of respondents and theirs social situation: informations on household, education, religion, employement, salary, equipement of household, information on parents.
