Abstract: The questionnaire is the international comparative research module ISSP Digital Societies Slovakia 2024. The ISSP Digital Societies research maps people's interaction with technology. The introduction divides respondents into users and non-users, while examining barriers to access (cost, skills) and digital literacy. A key theme is the impact of the internet on democracy and society. The questionnaire investigates where people source political news, their level of trust in social media compared to traditional media, and whether they perceive online polarization of opinions. It also addresses risks such as cyberattacks, online harassment, and the loss of privacy to companies or the state. The research assesses concerns regarding the rise of artificial intelligence (AI), the replacement of human labor, and attitudes toward situations such as surgeries performed by robots or autonomous cars.
